Mercy has been working in the financial services industry since 2007. Over that time period, her primary responsibilities include overseeing client relationship management services and marketing. Mercy graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in management from the C.T. Bauer College of Business.
Mercy and her husband, John Dickey, have two sons, John and James. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.
